You need to state your question better. If you want to go there to work (as skilled worker), you need to score the required points. Sponsorship will earn you some points but still there are a lot of other COMPULSORY things. You will have to prove that that your skills are useful and are required in Australian economy.
If you want to go there for education, there is a totally different procedure. For this you need to get admission in an Australian institution and then apply for student visa.
But for any of the above mentioned approaches, you need to have excellent communication skills in english. Australians have very tough requirements of English. Much tougher than Canada for example. So you really need to work on it.
