Since its to call from here USA to Europe can it also work from Europe to USA?
Generally, calling cards require you to call through one of their listed “local area” phone numbers, or a 1-800 number.
So, unless they provide you with a local access number in Europe, or a European toll-free number, it will not work or you will be paying extra to call long distance to an available access number.
