How do you make cheap calls to India when you’re in Italy?
What’s the cheapest way to make a call to India when you’re in Italy? As making them on a mobile is meant to be very expensive, and having a landline is a bureacratic nightmare (I’ve been told – is this true?).
If you are not a tourist in Italy then you are a complete idiot. Pardon me but knowing nothing about that country makes you one. A landline a bureacratic nightmare? are you serious? It takes you 48 hrs max and 2 papers to sign in a eastern european contry and in england 5 minutes of your life. It is a nightmare if you are illegal.
Can someone recommend a reliable PC to Phone application that allows me to make clear and cheap calls overseas?
I’m not interested in Skype and similar PC to PC phone call services.
Some time ago I was using Yahoo Messenger but I’m finding this difficult to set up now for some reason.
What other free and reliable applications should I consider for cheap calls from my home PC to land line and mobile phones?
