My sister is going to be attending college in Australia starting this July for the next 2 years. I was wondering what is the best way other than a calling card, to call from australia to America? We will probably be purchasing her a cell phone once she gets down there so are there any cell phone providers down there that are better than others or that offer discounted rates to America or anything. any information is appreciated.
